I'm making my first javascript dropdown. Have I fully complied with WCAG if all the HTML <UL/LI> and HREFs are fully present on the page, and each dropdown begins with a header tag? Providing it's correctly styled/presented with CSS, doesn't that also address the issue of when a disabled user has javascript disabled on the browser? Thanks. K
