Hey, As far as I can see the sortable plugin v.1.2 isn't ready to be used with tables. Apart from my own experiences, there are several open tickets concerning malfunctions of this plugin.
I'm in need of a possibility to sort a couple of rows inside a table, more precisely in a tbody. Doesn't sound like rocket science right? But early tests in safari 3 and firefox 3 caused strange effects, like dragged row in another CELL ... so as things stand today, the plugin is useless for my purposes :-( So i'm wondering if there are any plans for a soon update?
