AFAIK, no, you cant...

Fx.Morph inherits from Fx.CSS which in turn inherits from Fx...

And there you find this in the options:

- unit - (string: defaults to false) The unit, e.g. 'px', 'em', or
'%'. See Element:setStyle.

So, it will just use one unit of meassure for calculating the morphs...
