Hi,

AFAIK, that is the only solution... its the same solution to the
problem with lightboxes and dialogs that "fade" the screen with an
overlay, and the flash shows thru like "always on top"... without that
parameter (WMODE) the flash plugin will draw the animation "Direct to
stage" (i.e. On top of everything else.)
