This is how accordion works. If you have a big item open and you expose a smaller one, the page size shrinks: item 1: 20px high item 2: 100px
page height excluding either one: 200px. state 1: item 2 is hidden: page height: 220px state 2: item 1 is hidden: page height: 300px Because the page height changes if you are all the way at the bottom of the page it will appear to scroll up, though really what is happening is that the page is getting shorter.
