You are already using it. Just change the call

el.getFirst().set('tween',{duration:200,transition:Fx.Transitions.linear}).tween('opacity',1);

to

el.getFirst().set('tween',{duration:200,transition:Fx.Transitions.linear}).tween('opacity',
0.5, 1);
