I've never even considered something like this with javascript.

I can see some pretty funky interfaces with this--like a creative
portfolio ball, or a MooTools 8-ball.

Very impressive.

Unrelated but sorta related: ff3 still doesn't quite handle stuff like
webkit does in my experience.
