I have come to reliase that ultraedit, as nice as it is, just ... can be
more.

Any ideas on what can cope with the following web dev:

php / html / css / js / MOOTOOLS (ok, so some custom tags and references
may need to be added), mostly semantic (separate files) but sometimes a
mix of inline css, html, js and php

this is win32 btw and I don't want eclipse particularily (last i saw it
was 2 years ago)

i just tried phpDesigner but it's dead as a dodo when it comes to
javascript, cannot even get a function list based upon anon assignment
to variable and most certainly does not understand mootools methods like
Extend / Implement or classes...

anyway - ideas please? thanks!
