Thanks for the reply.  I was able to use the second calendar.  It's
actually a lot more powerful (handles time, lets you jump around
between months/years), has a more sensible method of attaching
calendars to form elements (i.e. the standard Mootools element
selector syntax), seems to use less code, *and* doesn't require
images, which is a big plus in my book.

It doesn't look like that first calendar has seen any love for a
while, so my advice to any and all who have been using that is to
migrate over to this one:
