[Moo] Moobugger Status

Hi. I quite like the moobugger debugger but cannot seem to find it any
longer, its source, or whether it is still usable with browsers
outside of firefox. I was doing a fair amount of work with mootools
early in the year and was making good use it in Safari and Opera when
1.2 was in beta. Can someone provide an update about moobugger,
whether it is being maintained, and identify the repo where it can be
retrieved.
