[Moo] Server Side Build

I found a use for the Server Side build of mootools.  This is something that
I have just started playing around with and have not done a lot of testing
but seems to work just fine.  If you use the UltraEdit text editor, version
14 and above it can execute custom javascript functions.  I loaded in the
the mootools Server Side build 1.2.4 and have tested some of the mootools
stuff and it seems to work.  I really like Mootools and UltraEdit, now even
more that they work together.
