[Moo] HtmlTable.Select and draggable rows

Hi list,

Is there a way to mix HtmlTable.Select and Drag.Move concepts in order
to build a table where rows (or just cells) can be dragged and
dropped.

I know the existence of Sortables but this is not what I'm looking
for.
