[Moo] better element.match

hey.
i've noticed a faulty behavior with Element.match - it doesn't support
complex selectors.
I've also thought that it should be possible to check an element in relation
to a selected parent.
I've implemented an example implementation here:

I'm not sure this is the best way to do this, but i thought it as a nice
concept to share.
