If you use the Debug Bar for IE you can see that the first one (labeled working) has a porperty called backgroundImage - the second doesn't Still the second seems to work! http://mawercer.de/~marc/debugbar.jpg So it must be CallFunction which makes the difference which is present in all cases. It still crashes IE 6 which I don't care about that much. I should know enough to enhance Mootools Swiff documentation.
