I personally use plain eclipse with this plugin

It does coloring, formatting, marks occurrences, finds syntax errors
(not all of them!). Code completion kind of work once you tell the
plugin to use mootools.js as a 3rd party lib.

Overall I can live with it, better than any of the other alternatives
posted earlier in this thread and only cost a few $.
