Ok, here's my example:

As you can see, you can drag items from the bottom to the top list and
vise-versa. Now, UNCOMMENT the Float rule in the css. Run it and
you'll see that you can no longer drag items between the two lists.
Bug? Any thoughts on a possible work around?
