I just saw another thing and I pretty sure that is the problem : the google link that redirect to my web site dont have the "www." at the begining, but my <base> tag have it, so the security error code 1000 is due to the name of the domain which is used for accessing css stylesheet that differ from the main domain of the page...
So the problem is not a mootools issue, I just need to declare at google my prefered domain adress and I think the problem will be solved.
