I know that this is a late reply, but I've just found the perfect
extension for Komodo that will give you proper outlining of MooTools
classes: "NST". I put a quick screenshot up here:

looks inside member functions and objects, and tracks your position in
the file, too. I'm using Komodo Edit 6.

nah, 6.0.
to install it, i had to (if i remember correctly):
rename the file from .xpi to .zip
extract the data
go to preferences / code intelligence
add a new catalog> point to data
