Resources in jsFiddle are CSS and JS files loaded from an external
source: http://doc.jsfiddle.net/basic/introduction.html#add-resources

I think the best would be to use gist or github proxy build in jsFiddle:

1. Create a gist with a file named "fiddle.response.xml"
2. URL in jsFiddle "/gh/get/response.xml/{gist_id}/"

http://doc.jsfiddle.net/use/gist_response.html
