I frankly hadn't considered behaviors that load new HTML via Ajax or create
new dom elements that need the behaviors applied. This is a blind spot
because of how Hue works (which has it's own implementation of Request and
manages all this stuff for you). You're totally right, applyBehaviors needs
to be part of the behaviorAPI methods. I'll add it.
