ART is a project that is slowly moving towards release. It's a lower priority than MooTools itself so it moves forward as we have time. If you think you can help move it forward get involved! One way to become an expert AND to help it move forward is to write docs for it (which is how I got involved with MooTools in the first place; I wrote the docs the first time around). If you want to use it, and you want to see it release, the best thing you can do is start using it now and document what you do with docs, tests, demos, etc.
