Is it that you want to ensure that a given value is used
with a specific parser

This is exactly what i want to do.

For exemple, if i define this parser '%d/%m/%Y( %H:%M)?', it will be
never use with this string '10/12/2010'.

I'll open a lighthouse ticket for it.
