No, that are other pages, which collide with the original ones. (Both files are Types/Date.md and Locale/Date.md (same for Form.Validator)). We had this for the 1.3.0 release too, but apparently we forgot to fix it again... Probably we need to fix either the docs system or just prefix 'Locale.' to the Locale documentation.
