the long: first, if i could do this without an iframe, i would. i need to use an iframe to measure elements in a context separate from the page's css, using a different set of css. i can certainly do things a little more manually, but i'd prefer not to. the docs suggest that the IFrame should be extended with mootools methods, but it doesn't appear to be totally true. any help is greatly appreciated, thanks, -izzy
