why are you expecting width/height 0/0 for b1, b2 and b3? FF4 test.
Because you are using display: inline?
not sure but it looks like ff calcs the dimensions also looking at the
content (so inline almost becomes inline-block as far as getting the
dimensions).

usually i would expect webkit and FF returning the same values (or
almost the same) when calculating size..
though when you present something like the b1-b3 blocks I would set
them in the css already to inline-block instead of just inline (based
on the layout)
