Personally, I would have thought something AIR based would work, what with a web version being so easy to create. Just my thoughts, however, I've no idea how to code it personally, so my assistance would be next to useless.
But fantastic UI. Don't think there is much else needed, really. Unless you have something to log previous or favourite configurations.
