[Moo] [1.4] compatibility layer: is it for for 1.2 or 1.3?

Hi, In the blog post they say that 1.4 if fully compatible with 1.3.
So, what's the compatibility version I can find in  download page? Is
it for 1.2? And if not, what should I do in my 1.3 programs to make
them compat w/ 1.4?
