This'll only be a problem in IE 8 and below, when combined with PNG
images and/or anti-aliased text. Essentially, IE renders the alpha
channel in a "binary" fashion: transparent or opaque, with nothing in
between. Not much you can do about it, unfortunately; at least not in my
experience.

Hi! I always have a problem with tweening opacity on transparents and
semi-transparent objects. In IE, there's a rugged black border around
them that appears during animation and the disappears.
I guess it's a common problem.
I was wondering if anyone have found a solution..
Thank you!
