[Moo] Help with scrolling menu and item text resizing.

I have the menus popping out done, but I am trying to make the menu items 
scrollable, the center one always larger than the rest. User can use scroll 
wheel on mouse to go up and down.

i.e.

Link 1 -> Larger than the rest, centered
Link 2
Link 3
Link 4 
Link 5
Link 6
Link 7


Link 1
Link 2
Link 3
Link 4 -> Larger than the rest, centered

Link 6
Link 7
