Unfortunately, I cannot provide a link, as this is a secure application
that requires a login and there are no "demo" accounts.

Plus, it's for DoD; my development system is isolated from the internet, so
I can't copy/paste anything.  The .js file that creates the class is quite
large (340 lines of code.)

I can check to see if I can access jsfiddle (so many sites are blocked from
this network.)  If I can, I can pseudo-code my best.
