I emailed this seller awhile back about these lobby cards. He did seem very cordial and knowledgeable. Here is what he had to say....
---------
They were acquired from one of my sources that used to distribute international theatrical material . They were originally printed in the US as many international sets have been .
Many times NSS ( in association with Gore Graphics ) had printed material strictly for overseas use . A few other examples -- Kiss Attack of the Phantom was released only overseas as a theatrical release and in the US straight to video . NSS material is available for theatrical material on this for the overseas release but was printed in US . Another example is Star wars style c one sheet that was intended for only overseas distribution but was printed in the NSS/ /Gore graphics printing plants in the US . Not sure why these and many others ( most likely cost effective ) weren't just printed overseas but that was the way it occured many times .

I would guess that in his other auction descriptions where it says printed by NSS is just a mistake, left over text from the hundreds of other auctions he runs. Not too professional, a little misleading in most cases, but not a huge crime either. Seems to be an oversight that he just doesn't care to correct.
Although I am completely convinced that he is professor powers, and that his morals are very questionable, I believe the lobby cards may very well be authentic. Whether they are australian, american, british, or whatever I have no idea. I just don't think it is likely that he totally created lobby cards out of thin air that have never existed. If he starts selling dozens of them a week on ebay like the minty white inserts or the star wars teaser B's........then I will re think my stance.
