This is almost surely the same sorry loser who has hassled me for YEARS.
He endlessly gets on eBay, buys a few things and then gets kicked off. He always comes from Massachusetts, and has names like Vito Corleone. He does it a few times and then vanishes for a few months.
He gets nothing out of it except for the joy of how effortlessly he outwits eBay.
