MessageI think you are seeing a kind of double effect here - both that
demand for good items in top unrestored condition is stronger
(especially on lobbies lately) and the spill-over of the prices they
just brought at Bruce's auction.
Heritage twice sold sets on this title last year, with the set in their
November auction selling for $1840. Now, not quite a year later,
Bruce gets nearly double that for the most recent set auctioned.
Better economy + good title + good unrestored condition = new record prices
