(i hate colorixation, BUT) Why did nearly all black and white movies (noir, horror,
etc.) advertise with posters in bright, vivid colors? ..............even lobby cards
gave the illusion of a color film.
(the stooges' posters were dull, however............yet they fetch thousands!!!!!)
