[MOPO] MoPo: Does this strike anyone else as a little odd?

I was just surfing eBay and noticed this item:

The current price is over what I have ever heard of this poster selling
for, and yet the reserve is not met.  The two bidders who got it to that
price are guys who sell cheap close-out merchandise, and don't seem to be
poster buyers or sellers.
The seller has a 265 feedback rating, but has only sold 1 item in the past
6 months and 7 in the past year.  Yet as soon as he lists this poster two
guys come out of the woodwork to bid to a record level, but NOT meeting
reserve.
I'm willing to bet this poster has exactly a $3500 reserve, and that after
the end of the auction it will be revealed that the two bidders bid exactly
$3400 and $3450.  Any takers?
