Hollywood Poster Auction at Cinecon 40, was moderately successful!
Although there was a relatively high pass rate on the 845 lots, those that passed were often the low end bulk lots.
The final results are not in yet, due to after sales, which pushed the auction close to the
$160,000 mark.
Plans for next year's Third Annual Hollywood Poster Auction include offering fewer lots.
Auctioneer Mike Eckles was able to knock out the auction in less than 6 hours!!
Consignments for the Columbus Cinevent Vintage Poster Art Auction are being taken now. And we already have more than 200 items.
