ell JR if you call Universal , Disney,  Viacom, the mega entertainment Giants, Paul Allen Vulcan , Mel Gibson, Sumner Redstone, and the likes shops in thier theme parks
memorabilia shops.. they all have had catalogs, Movie shops and internet sales etc...
as they have bought posters and Hollywood memorabilia  from me to sell in them and products and have
bought vintage
stuff over the years.. I would say there are like maybe 50 canidates that
could develope
the mark into the worlds best and most prominent seller of Movie
memorabilia.
It is said by i think INC.mag that it costs a average 50 mill and years to
develope a trademark.
If you just think of hard costs like signs, and ads and paperwork.. If you
had only 10 stores
3 mill would bee 300,000 per store 30.. 100,000  100- 30,000

so if you had a poor trademark that was lost in a suit or had to be changed
what would legal costs be..?? and the cost of replaceing the signs
Plus,, think of a better visible name that covers all the motion picture field
that hasnt already been used.. heres one that has  had 27 years
exposure,,to countless Movie buffs.

well thats my feeling I just need someon with the $$ to agree,

will it happen..??? I have no idea... but if I didnt try I wouldnt know..
best, Tom

OK, Tom, now I just have to ask this... how many memorabilia shops do you think there are that just happen to have an extra half-million dollars lying around for the purchase of a trademark? -- JR
