I think the seller will be contacting you! But remember, if the bad bidder had never bid, you would have gotten it for far less than the final bid price (you have to look at the third bidder's bid to know what that is), so I would advise you NOT to offer to "take over the sale" at the final price (unless of course you would be more than willing to pay that amount).
