I was typing in a hurry. The person actually bought 16,000 items (!) in ONLY an ELEVEN hour period! Obviously he used a robot to place these bids.
I agree that eBay MUST reform its insane "no refunds on listing fees" policy, and it WILL take a group of sellers to accomplish this.
I now belong to an elite group of shooting star sellers who are going to be having a meeting Las Vegas, and I hope they try to present eBay with some real demands, that would benefit ALL sellers.
