There is a very simple solution here that will not cost them cash. They do not have to refund the listing fees at all. All they have to do is re-list the Buy It Now at no charge since it was unfairly terminated. The listing never ran its course and they owe this to the seller. In addition, if the item is sold they will earn a commission.
