I currently have 426 GREAT posters (196 linen half-sheets, one-sheets, three-sheets, and posters from 14 countries PLUS 230 large rolled posters including a great collection of 30x40s, 40x60s, British quads, bus stop posters, vinyl banners, and more) on eBay.  This is one of the very best offerings of material I have EVER had in any of my weekly auctions!

Note that all of the movie posters we are selling this week are listed as "private auctions", which means no one except you can see what items you are bidding on (and you need to go to your "My eBay" page to see them). EXCEPT FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE THE BID HISTORIES OF EACH ITEM (during or after the bidding), PRIVATE AUCTIONS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS REGULAR AUCTIONS, AND EVERYONE CAN BID ON ANY ITEM. Personally, we don't feel anyone has a right to know exactly what you are bidding on, especially when the items are very rare or expensive. Note: while this week's items are "private", we will return to regular eBay auctions next week when we sell less expensive items!

Whether or not you intend to bid on any of these items you should look them all over, for many of them will surely have images that are new to you (and you will enjoy looking at them, even if you are only "window shopping"). And because ALL these started at just 99 cents with NO RESERVES on any of them, every one will surely sell! This is a really great chance for collectors to possibly get linenbacked posters for bargain prices (quite possibly for under the cost of the linenbacking itself!), and how many times will that happen to you over your collecting career?.

I added these 426 items on Tuesday, October 12th (starting at around 7 PM CST) as 7 day items, which means they end Tuesday, October 19th, starting at the same time. Because we started all these items at just 99 cents each, many of them are still currently absolute steals! As of this writing (Sunday night) around 25% of the items are under $3 (including some linenbacked posters!), around 40% are at $10 or under, and around 60% are at $30 or under. And the 40% that are over $30 are still almost all way under their official "retail" prices (the ones you could find anywhere else!).

Given there are so many places you can purchase vintage movie memorabilia, doesn't it make sense to buy where there are no reserves, the items are accurately described, the bidding is run by a third party (eBay, not me, and I have no clue how much you are bidding) and when you win an item or items it is shipping promptly, incredibly well packed, and you are only billed a reasonable U.S. shipping charge, no matter how many items you purchase in a week?

I know it can be extremely difficult to look over 426 items in just a few days, but remember you should use my special Bruce Hershenson eBay Auction Gallery (which is located at http://www.emovieposter.com/section_ebay/gallery.cfm ) which has large thumbnails of all our eBay items, and links from each item to the actual eBay auction. Best of all, this gallery is searchable! You will REALLY find this a great benefit if you want to look at all
of our items this week! You can simply browse all of our current items by viewing the images in this gallery (48 to a page) in our number order, or you can use our search to only see thumbnails of your specific search terms (in our number order)! NOTE THAT THIS GALLERY NOW HAS A RECENT BID PRICE LISTED BY EACH ITEM, AND THE PRICES ARE UPDATED AT LEAST ONCE A DAY!

Be sure to check out these 426 items sometime before they end Tuesday, October 19th, starting at around 7 PM CST (either by going to http://tinyurl.com/2cxv5 or by using the link from my HOME page,http://www.emovieposter.com or by looking me up under my eBay user
ID, emovieposter.com). Good luck on whatever you may bid on!

Bruce
