It's not written in any disclosed statements
on policies set by paypal. There is always the option of paying by other means
and avoid the extra fee. I have always charged an extra fee when paypal has been
used to to pay me. I attend many auctions across the country
and am well used to paying anywhere from 10 to 20 percent for a buyers premium
to auction houses. What do you think of ebay charging the fees they charge. They
are premiums. Right? What gives ebay/paypal the right to charge me a fee and
then say I have no right to charge one too? This I believe is an oxymoron.
Anyway, the choice to pay isn't limited and the only pay I wont except is COD
and ESCROW. Thank you for your concern.
