[MOPO] Can't unsubscribe this old email address.... Scott help....!

Scott,      I changed email addresses and am trying to unsubscribe my old email address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) so I will stop getting double posts but keep getting the error below.  I am following the steps exactly and putting the required command in the body and nothing in the subject but still getting the error.  Can you remove manually?  Thanks.  Rick   Your message is being returned to  you unprocessed because no command was found in the  message body.  LISTSERV expects  commands in the  body of  the message, rather than in the message subject, because some users have no control over the contents of the "Subject:" field on outgoing messages.
