You do not have to throw more good money after bad and worry about him keeping any money you send him for return postage. If the man is sincere in returning your posters but does not want to pay the postage tell him to send them "COLLECT". You can pay the postage and the small collect fee when they arrive. The real questions are -- does he have them to return and will he return them. Only time will tell. You can also tell him I wont sue him for defamation on his website.
