Through super-human effort, we managed to send out ALL of the many hundreds of copies of our two new auction catalogs, which arrived this morning from the printer. The U.S. ones were sent Priority Mail, and the non-U.S. ones sent via Airmail.
It may be because I am not a child of the computer age, but looking at a group of online images (no matter how high quality) is really just NO comparison to looking at my printed catalogs!
Of course, there is no way to absorb all 1,000 images in both books in a single setting, so plan on spending a bunch of time with these over the first couple of days after they arrive.
As I have said before, I don't have jillion dollar posters, and I may not set any "world record prices", but I DO have the best assortment of posters aimed at poster enthusiasts that I have EVER seen!
When those of you here who ordered the catalogs (or who won them) start getting theirs, please post here with what you think of them. I will be interested to hear your opinions (even from the "Hershenson haters" who will surely find them "lackluster" and not NEARLY as good as those OTHER catalogs!). I very much like hearing feedback, because it gives me ideas on what to do (and not do) in the future.
