I have a question about posters for It's A Wonderful Life also! (Sorry I don't know about the lobby cards, but I have noticed the blue backgrounds and the green ones -- my question might be related, though, so read on...):
I'm lucky enough to have an original 1946 Insert which I hang up every year. I bought it for cheap many many years ago. I love it because it is designed in Christmas colors - Green background and Red title lettering. I have never seen the Insert reprinted in a book or catalog or on eBay. I have only ever seen the One-Sheet or the 6-sheet. These, of course, are done up in Red, White and Blue color designs. My question is, what does the 3-sheet and the Half-sheet look like? Does anyone have one or seen one reprinted? (My question somewhat answers the Lobby Card question, since the posters obviously went out with two different color designs -- Patriotic and Christmas!!)
