That poster is definitely a commercial repro. The giveaway is the "Hollywood Theater" decorative paint and font that frames the glass (and it is glass). I don't remember the name of the company, but during the early 1970s, I purchased the same configuration at a K-Mart or Sears or Montgomery Ward type store, and it was for "Gone With the Wind." I think there were only three titles from which to choose, the third being "Casablanca." No King Kongs or stuff from other genres.
I owned it for about 5 years, well before I got serious collecting originals. It was in direct sunlight (who knew?), the paint started flaking off the decorative glass and I junked it. You could argue it's 1970s vintage, but it's definitely not 1939 vintage. I think it cost me $14.98 or thereabouts.
-koose.
