I'd take a punt on SUPERMAN AND THE MOLE MEN, one of the cut-together
features from the George Reeves TV series. This also had the title SUPERMAN
AND THE STRANGE PEOPLE (and I haven't checked on IMDB for other
alternatives).

As for the paper stock, I've seen a reasonable variety of card stock in just
the couple of hundred Mexican cards I've handled.

As for the likeness more to Kirk Alyn, well we've all seen enough Mexican
cards to know that (a) they may well have re-used border art from the KA
serials or (b) used some other generic Superman reference that ended up
looking like this.

I think it's rather nice and an interesting Superman item.
