This is a variation of an old scam that I received a year ago.I doubt that it has anything to do with Gene Hughes. The emails either indicate you owe someone money for an ebay purchase or that someone owes you money for an ebay purchase. The intent is to gain access to your Pay Pal information. Ralph Plumb
