Wow...I am getting old. I keep forgetting that the
computer industry was advancing so fast. I've been looking for one of these for
quite some time now and gave up looking for a year or so.
I will say that this Mustek (like many of the
low-end big-box store products) isn't the best for high-end work. If you are
just looking for something to post sales photos online I guess it will do the
trick. I'll be picking one up for sure though.

A Mustek A3 USB Scanner is inexpensive and does the job, and
is large enough for LCs.

Does anyone know
of a scanner model which is inexpensive but can scan 11x14 lobby
cards? Doing this by digital camera is just getting to be such a
headache and scanning my 8x10 photos is such a breeze. Any help is
greatly appreciated. Rick
